The www.marko-helmets.com website is a service published by LCDA, a company specialising in the sale of motorcycle accessories, whose head office is located at 47 boulevard Beaumarchais - 75003 Paris and registered with the RCS under Siren number 522 820 059.

Product availability

Product in stock:

Your order will be delivered within 2 to 4 working days. Collection from a Paris boutique is available on request from Customer Services.

Products out of stock/pre-orders:

  • For certain products, we sometimes offer a pre-order system. We do not guarantee the delivery date, but we do guarantee that the first reservations will be given priority.
  • Back-ordered products are generally available again within 1 to 3 months from the start of the back-ordering period. 

The average delivery time for all our orders is 3 to 4 working days.

All parcels are delivered via our carrier GLS or Chronopost throughout France and Corsica with tracking.

marko-helmets.com delivers internationally. Please note that delivery costs are calculated online according to the country of destination.                   

All parcels destined for foreign countries or French overseas departments and territories are delivered by Chronopost International or GLS (for Europe) and FEDEX or DHL (outside the European Union).

Returns

In accordance with articles L.120-20 et seq. of the French Consumer Code and following the adoption of the Hamon law, you have a period of 30 days to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify your decision or pay any penalties, with the exception, where applicable, of the cost of returning the goods. The 30-day period runs from the date of receipt of the items.

To return your order within the 30-day cooling-off period, simply download your returns form and contact us for an exchange or after-sales service.

We would like to point out that no refund or exchange will be made without receipt of the product. For this reason, we invite you to send your parcel to the address below with at least a delivery tracking number and with the carrier of your choice. Packages sent to relay points will not be accepted.

Once the product has been received and checked, you will receive an acknowledgement of receipt by e-mail.

ATTENTION : It is important to return the item(s) concerned with care (in perfect condition in their original packaging). Returns must be made with the helmet box and a shipping carton. Otherwise, Marko reserves the right not to fully refund the order and will take into account damage to the box up to €15 and the helmet up to its purchase price including VAT.

Exchange or refund

We undertake to exchange or refund any item for which there is a problem of size or fit. If a replacement is not possible, we undertake either to offer you an equivalent model, or to give you a credit note valid for a period of one year, or to reimburse you. 

If you are in mainland France (excluding Corsica), the exchange is free for purchases of €59 or more, and free in the European Union for purchases of €300 or more, up to a maximum of one exchange per order. The second exchange will be at the customer's expense. You can benefit from a prepaid return label for an exchange. 

Returns for refund are at the customer's expense, with the carrier of your choice and at least one delivery tracking system. Packages sent to a relay point will not be accepted.

Marko Helmets cannot be held responsible for the loss of your parcel.

Return postage costs cannot be reimbursed under any circumstances. Packages sent for cash on delivery will be systematically refused.

Guarantee

All our products come with a 2-year guarantee. This guarantee is reserved for products subject to normal use and is in addition to the legal guarantee applying to any hidden defects in the product sold (article 1641 of the French Civil Code). In this case, customers are reminded that they must act within a ‘short period of time’ from the discovery of the hidden defect (article 1648 of the French Civil Code) and provide proof of the existence of such a defect.
