Marko-helmets.com delivers your orders internationally. Note that delivery costs are calculated online and vary according to the amount of purchases invoiced and the country of destination.
All parcels destined for foreign countries or overseas territories are sent by the carrier Chronopost International (for Europe), FEDEX or DHL (outside the European Union).

Returns are your responsibility with the carrier of your choice (with proof of signature).
In accordance with articles L.120-20 and following of the Consumer Code and after the adoption of the Hamon law, you have a period of 30 days to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties with the exception, where applicable, of return costs. The 30-day period runs from the date of receipt of the items.
To cancel your order within the 30-day withdrawal period, simply contact our customer service by telephone (01 48 07 51 61) who will explain the steps to follow. You will pack the item concerned with care, indicating on the duplicate invoice or on plain paper your surname, first name and order number.
We would like to point out that no refund or exchange will be made without receipt of the product. Therefore, we invite you to send your parcel by colissimo with signature.

We undertake to exchange or refund any item that is the subject of a problem of size or adaptation. If it is impossible to replace, we undertake either to offer you an equivalent model, or to give you a credit note valid for a period of one year.

Manufacturer's warranty |
All of our products are backed by the manufacturer's warranty. This warranty is reserved for products subject to normal use and is in addition to the legal warranty applying to any hidden defects of the product sold (article 1641 of the civil code). In this case, the customer is reminded that he must act within "a short time" from the discovery of the hidden defect (article 1648 of the civil code) and provide proof of the existence of such a defect.
